Exacqvision core process memory leak

Hello, I have a Windows Server 2016 with 16 GB of RAM running the ExacqVision Server.
Every few hours, the core process would use up majority of the Physical RAM . it would cause clients unable to view the cameras and recording to be missing. I also have the video storage set at 85% to 90%. I would have to stop and restart the services of ExacqVision Server.

On the other windows server machine, I see that exacqvision core process is stable around 200 MBs in RAM usage.

Any guidance or tips is greatly appreciated.
