ExacqVision Client showing 0GB in Storage Page

We are experiencing an issue with an ExacqVision A Series NVR, where it has two 8TB drives for storage and they are both reporting 0GB in the Storage Page.

We have tried to manually reset the psfpi.xml file in the server files, to try and rebuild it but we cannot seem to get the drives to report the correct capacity.

This is a Windows 10 system, and in the OS we can see everything is normal.

Even though the drive reports as 0GB if you navigate to the drive in the OS, does it show recorded video? Also, have you tried reseating the drives? In order to do this, you would need to open the system up and make sure that all drives are tightly seated. No loose cables.
